I went today, was a first time experience. Did not get the $10 discount as noted on website. When checking out I gave a $10 tip and the lady said no $20. I was so shocked I gave her another $10. So not only did I not get the discount noted, I was told how much tip to give. Massage was average, have had excellent ones in the Richmond area. Will not go back
Was not impressed with having to pay upfront then being hounded for more tip. The massage therapist did not speak or understand English. The $10 off for new clients did not stand. And LOVED the “No Sex Don’t Ask” sign on the wall. Music playing was nothing relaxing. It was in their language.. will not return.
They did Great job would recommend this place and close to home
