The sound bath was such a calming and unique experience. 🌿✨ Jen created such a peaceful atmosphere — within minutes we felt completely relaxed. It was the perfect way to slow down during our Jervis Bay trip and left us refreshed and grounded. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and connect with themselves.
Such an absolutely calming and restorative session Jen guided us so beautifully, making the whole experience feel peaceful from start to finish. She also explained the instruments and even let us try them ourselves, which made it extra special. By the end, we felt lighter, calmer, and completely renewed. I was extremely lucky to have a session with Jen. If you’re someone like me that struggles to relax her session was perfect. The space she created was welcoming and cosy and as the session began I was able to fully be present in the moment. I’ve never been really good at meditation so this was perfect for my busy mind. I recently attended a sound bath event with Jen and I can highly recommend it. It was total relaxation. I don't often stop to do anything relaxing just for myself but I will be having "me" time more often in the future. Jen is a lovely lady, very professional and accommodating.
We asked Jen to do the sound bath for my birthday and it was something I organised in secret for our crew of about 11 people. I keep it secret because I know they are all a bit unsure about things like this and I’ve done a sound bath in the past. Well just as I thought, they all loved it!
