Very refreshing experience
Was there this morning. First visit to Salt Cave and detox. It was truly a wonderful experience. Gets chilly inside. I had a t shirt, thick sweater, thick jacket and the blanket provided. Very relaxing. You can feel your lungs, nasal passage, head clearing up. No talking and no cell phones! The prices are very reasonable for quality. Very clean, inviting and peaceful ambience. The infrared room is great! Perfect temperature and helps to sweat things out. Disappointed about the massage; it just felt like I was being rubbed down and not necessarily a proper massage that worked out the knots. The salt cave was very cold, because we came straight from a treatment and in our bath robes it would have been nice to be told in advance to change back into our regular clothes and then taken extra blankets. What a gem this place is! I brought my boyfriend in for his 40th for the sauna, salt cave, and a soak in the salt bath. It was such a lovely, relaxing experience and our every need was tended to. We'll definitely go back again.
Great atmosphere and very friendly staff!
