Wonderful classes and instructors!!! The dynamic strengthening class has literally changed my life. There is tons of functional based exercises that has my core stronger than my high school days and I'm turning 50 years old this year. I have been working with Laura there for amazing Reiki. Highly recommend Healing Roots, life upgrade!!!
