Been going to Healing and restore for about 4 years. Have been working through a variety of musculoskeletal issues (shoulders, hip and back) and pain and the remedial massage has been extremely helpful. I also get given easy options for working on the issues at home and I like the fact he has some Ayurvedic background. Very kind and helpful personality. Will continue to go.
