Sarah is the absolute best therapist I have ever visited. She always listens to your concerns and addresses them with professional techniques. She is the best at finding the trigger points causing pain and working the tension out. She worked magic on the tension in my neck and jaw that was causing me extreme pain. Always satisfied with her services!
I did reflexology for years where I used to live and when recently moving here, was looking for another practitioner. Sarah did not disappoint. She definitely knows her stuff and I felt amazing after our session. Can't wait until my next appt.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first massage with Sarah. She performed a detailed consultation to ensure my problem areas were addressed, and tailored the session accordingly. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained how different muscle groups connect and why certain areas of my body were tight, which really helped me understand my body better.
