Frank was very good to deal with. Professional, safe, good sense of humour, friendly and knows how to just draw that line at being friendly but also professional. He takes his time gently guiding but also prodding and pushing when required with an intuitive sense of what a client requires at that moment. Would highly recommend Frank for anyone requiring assistance dealing with emotional pain and stress.
