I highly recommend Fiona. I’ve had several lymphatic massages with her as well as some more specific work on muscles and tendons and after a year of chronic pain I truly believe after seeing her was the start of my turning point. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Fiona. I am an incredibly anxious person, and Fiona could tell I was nervous during my initial massage. She was so kind, and my body started to relax when I knew I was in good hands. I am 8 months postpartum, and I desperately needed to remove the excess lymph and toxic build up from my pregnancy. I had an amazing experience at Lympha Spa & Massage! Definitely a 10/10! Fiona and her team were fantastic. The moment I walked in, the atmosphere put me at ease. Kasey did a great job with the massage, and I felt completely relaxed. She took the time to understand my needs and tailored the massage perfectly!! Every aspect of the visit was excellent!! I can’t wait to go back!
I recently underwent surgery and had significant swelling. My surgeon recommended Fiona for a lymphatic drainage massage. The office is very calming and welcoming. Fiona did an excellent job with the massage and was able to answer any questions I had. My swelling was so much better after I left. Her presence is very calming and I look forward to my next appointment.
