I had my first appointment with Char about a week ago. I suffer from PTSD where visions can be overwhelming. She let me start my story where I wanted to and gave me methods to help handle the flood of emotions. She was kind, patient and an overall joy to meet with. I left feeling lighter and more aligned. Like I was gaining control of my thoughts again. I will be booking my next appointment very soon.
My time with Char has changed my life. She is professional, selfless and a facilitator for growth and truth! So grateful for her!
