This was my first time receiving hypnotherapy and I didn’t know what to expect. It was very relaxing and easy with Lisa. She guided me into it and I was able to have a big emotional release. I felt lighter and clearer after our session.

Lisa is wonderful to work with. She is gentle and easy to talk to allowing for the uncovering of a deeper exploration. Her calm demeanor is a delight as she welcomes you into her healing sanctuary, which overlooks a beautiful horizon and the distant snow-capped Sierras. During our most recent session, I was able to meet my unborn baby girl, and it was truly magical. You can feel safe in Lisa's care, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for the supportive benefits of hypnotherapy.
