Got recommended Hypnotherapy to deal with anxiety and was skeptical at first, but it worked much better than anticipated. Huma is incredibly kind and friendly, made the process much less nerve wracking than I thought it'd be. The therapy itself is soothing and quite simple, even without being able to visualize well it worked perfectly for me. would recommend to anyone who wants to find root causes to issues as opposed to surface level fixes!
