Lisa is very attentive and worked with me improve my mobility and core strength. In addition, she is an excellent massage therapist. One of the best! Her rates are very reasonable and she deserves more than 5 stars.
I would give more Stars if I could. Lisa is an amazing and very gifted Massage Therapist. I came in with an escalating Migraine ready to head to the ER but she was able to stabilize me, reduce the muscular tension and inflammation. She will be working with me on an Upper Extremity/Neck stretching and strengthening plan to help reduce some of the triggers. Grateful to have such talent so close. #NavigatingLifeWithGeneticMutations #RareDiseaseAdvocate
