What a fantastic experience! Jackie was recommended to me by another (retired) therapist. I did not want to attend the sessions but I was desperate. I noticed a difference after SESSION ONE! I can honestly say this was the best money I've spent in a very long time. Well worth the cost, the time and energy spent, and the results are tangible and were near immediate. I highly HIGHLY recommended.

Jackie was such a pleasure to work with! She certainly knows her stuff when it comes to hypno birthing and thoroughly prepared us for our upcoming birth with lots of helpful resources to use as tools for our hypno birthing journey. Jackie was a phenomenal resource for me and my husband as we prepared for birth! In the end, nothing about my birth went according to plan, and I honestly don’t know how I would have stayed calm and confident without Jackie’s classes.
