Would absolutely recommend Anthony / Healing HQ. Anthony got me ready for my Hyrox race in just 1 session, I raced completely injury pain free from one session of soft tissue work and dry needling. He is so experienced and knowledgeable in his field of work, he knew exactly what needed to be done to get me race ready in a very short amount of time. 1000/10 highly recommend.
