I’ve been here several times and generally had a good experience, which is why I returned. On my most recent visit, I booked a longer session to address neck pain, but the massage didn’t focus on that area and felt more like a general treatment. Unfortunately, my issue wasn’t improved afterward. I raised this with the team and was offered a paid 30-minute follow-up rather than a complimentary resolution, which was disappointing given I’m a repeat customer.
