Jacky Santiago is an amazing social worker and an even better supervisor. She never fails to teach me how to be the best social worker possible and always makes time to educate me on how to do better. She is so nice, caring, compassionate and dedicated as a person and as a social worker. I am truly grateful to be working with her and to be able to turn to her on when I am unsure of what to do.
