Monica is AMAZING!!! She listens to what your body needs and helps your body heal form the inside out. I have many illnesses and have not felt as good as I do today in YEARS!!!! If you are looking for a wellness journey to a better you. Monica is your girl!
I am an active father with two kids. I play hockey as well as do intense workouts. I have trouble with my hips, shoulders and lower back. I met Monica for my very 1st massage on March 14, 2019. My first massage was for 1 hr. I now go for 1 1/2 hrs.
