I am an active father with two kids. I play hockey as well as do intense workouts. I have trouble with my hips, shoulders and lower back. I met Monica for my very 1st massage on March 14, 2019. My first massage was for 1 hr. I now go for 1 1/2 hrs. I didn't know what to expect and wasn't even sure massage was my thing since I am very self conscious and am not a touchy feely type of person.
