Update: I am now taking Seijaku/Tai Chi Chih classes from Rachel. They are very patient and kind. They are an excellent teacher. I feel totally at ease in their presence. Very easy to work with when we've had to change class time. They have a lot of knowledge beyond the Seijaku practice and freely shares with us. I am very fortunate to have met them and learn from them. I was also fortunate to do a Laughing Yoga class with them. A great experience. I recommend their services to everyone.
