I bought my friend, who just had a baby, a 30 minute massage. My friend shows up to her appointment at 2:31(appointment was at 2:30) and the lady at the desk just looks at her and says "you're late." Pretty rude. Then they turn her away saying I did not pay for this massage. I did pay. I have a text from them saying so and a copy of my receipt. Now they won't pick up the phone.
