I called Kris this AM to request a deep tissue massage before I leave tomorrow on a 3-day drive back to Canada. Simply stated, she fit me into her tight schedule today. When .ever I come to Sedona from Michigan, I make sure to schedule a massage with Kris. Being a massage therapist myself, I am picky. Kris is excellent. She knows how to tune into the body and apply the perfect pressure in all the right areas. She’s intuitive and highly skilled in her techniques. I come away feeling lighter, looser and more connected and coherent in my body/mind. I highly recommend her.
