I’m not usually one to post a review and all of my massages and experiences at the Media, PA location had been good, but this last experience felt a little shady. Pay attention to your credit card / debit card being charged. After my massage I paid for 2 massages ($250), yet when I looked at my credit card app I saw 2 pre-authorizations pending, one for $300 and one for $19. My massage experience was very good. The company's management was abysmal. I signed up for a 12-month subscription and provided my credit card information to the company. During the contract period, I had a hip replacement and was unable to use all of my monthly services. I made my payments each month despite having many unused. I had a contract and I honored it. First time at this location and it definitely didn’t disappoint!! Thalea was super friendly and made my deep tissue massage session unforgettable! I couldn’t have felt any better afterwards. I was here two days ago and I still feel great……… Would definitely recommend!!
Jeff is great. He tunes into to what I need and adjusts accordingly. I always feel fantastic after my sessions with him.
Inconsistent quality depending on which therapist you get. Some are professional and skilled, others take a less evidence-based and more of a holistic approach. For $125 plus tip, I expect reliable results every time. I wouldn’t recommend unless you ask questions about the therapist approach or have an specific name in mind. —- In response to the owner’s message: yes, of course I am sure.
