Christian has changed my life. She has given me empathy and has also held me accountable. She has believed in me when I couldn't believe in myself. Her 90-day program is the best decision and investment I could have made for myself. I recommend her program to anyone who is struggling to heal.

Couldn’t ask for a better coach and therapy program. When life hit rock bottom for me after divorcing a narcissist, I reached out to Christian needing change. She made it easy and comfortable. This program brought me from a 1 to a 10 in life. I don’t think I have ever been happier with my life, my choices and my boundaries. I obviously highly recommend this program but I also highly recommend Christian as your coach. 10 out of 10 for me.

I found Christian shortly after leaving my long term marriage. I knew I couldn’t heal on my own so I reached out for help. I’m only half way through Christian’s 90 day program to healing and already have made so much progress! I’m learning to heal from my unhealthy attachments and trauma bonds. Wow, what a fantastic person and clinician. As a fellow clinician myself, I'm VERY picky about where I refer my patients. Christian has such a great gift into emotional trauma and is so relatable that I feel absolutely confident sending her ANYONE. Do yourself a favor and book with Christian!
