I had such an amazing experience ! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and beautifully set up The massage was absolutely incredible. The therapist was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
I have had several weekly appointments with Vitor now and my shoulder, neck and mid back are much improved, and being sustained between appointments. Vitor's communication is fantastic and he is focused on targetting my specific niggles and achieving results. The exercises he suggested between appointments have been very beneficial.
