I was referred to Hanifa by a friend and her husband. I reached out via text on a Saturday and asked if she were available on Sunday. She scheduled with me within and hour for the next day. When I walked in she was waiting right at the door, welcomed me with a warm genuine smile and introduced herself. She then guided me into the massage room which is a very cozy, intimate space. This is the second time this person has failed to contact me. No reply to my booking for a lymphatic drainage massage. Last year, I asked for a regular massage because my body was so sore from training and silence from her. Don't know those of you who have rated her as so highly even got an appointment. Not a good look for business. Once, maybe understandable, but twice?
