I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy in June 2025. I started acupuncture with Amanda 3 days after my diagnosis. She is absolutely amazing!! I saw her 2 days a week from the beginning. I had acupuncture and acupuncture with the Easton machine and wet cupping done on my face by her. She has a positive attitude that radiates throughout her work. I have been working with Amanda Rindal at Healing Grounds for several months. After completing 6 weeks of PT for a frozen shoulder I had made no progress. After several weeks of acupuncture and cupping I was experiencing much improved range of motion and reduced/nonexistent pain. Amanda has a very friendly, warm and professional disposition. First time here and it was very welcoming. Maggie was my massage specialist and she was wonderful, very accommodating and the PERFECT amount of pressure too. Will definitely be coming here again!
We had the most spectacular day at Healing Grounds. We decided to have a girls day and Healing Grounds has so much to offer! Yoga, Pilates, massages, facials, sauna, a cafe with organic, healthy recipes, acupuncture and so much more! Every time we need a little R&R, we will return!
