After being their customer for well over a year. They decided today that because their office has switched to a different app i needed to update my information. They sent me the forms before my appointment but I just thought it was my email reminder. I was on time for my appointment, but they told me I needed to fill out their new forms before my appointment. OK no problem. It took me two minutes.
