I have done hydro-colon therapy a few times a year for the last 10 years. Healing Frequency is excellent and the owner, Ritu deeply cares about her clients health. She is a wealth of knowledge about digestive health and shares so much wisdom regarding plant based diets. I do numerous things on a weekly based s to optimize my health: infrared sauna, yoga, mostly Whole Foods & yoga. Hydro-colon therapy is the single most powerful way to recommit to my path if I fall off. Highly recommend
1st off I have never had a colonic before. When i lived in NYC people did it like it was going to get a cup of coffee or it was just another type of therapy appt. I just never felt the need to go (no pun intended?) Fast forward 12 years and here I am. My goal for 2024 was to get back to strictly plant based whole foods. During pregnancy and pandemic I let myself go annd eat whatever. So i told myself, once I get “cleaned out” and detox i will commit to this whole heartedly .
