This is a long overdue review for Kat. She’s the owner and only acupuncturist and she is lovely! I always look forward to our appointments because her treatments are extremely healing and relaxing. I went to see Kat just as I was about to get a steroid injection into my SI joint. I have a history of tailbone pain from a roller skating injury, hypermobility, scoliosis, and chronic SI joint pain. What a fantastic experience! This was my first time visiting Kat, but not my first time receiving Accupuncture. She did a thorough intake without any judgement and provided a lot of insight as to what was going on with my body. After her scan of my body, she administered Accupuncture needles and then also provided cupping. I’ll definitely be back to address some bigger issues that I haven’t been able to resolve with other means.
Two appointments deep and I love how good I feel when I leave!! I’m excited for my next appointment!
Kat is a magical rockstar! I'd give her a 12 out of 5 stars if I could. And I mean this. TL;DR- she alleviated my pain drastically in 1 treatment. 7 treatments later, with my most recent being almost a month ago now, I'm still pain free! If you care to know, I fell on my tailbone back in November of 2023. Didn't seek treatment until November 2024 as I figured it was a pain I would be relegated to dealing with. I have a very physically straining job and visits with Kat over the past year have helped tremendously with pain. I have never felt better! She is also such a genuine person, and I always look forward to seeing her. I would strongly recommend anyone experiencing pain of all sorts go see her!
