Erica is truly a healer. I have a physical job and am on my feet a lot. I walked in with ongoing SI discomfort and she not only helped me with great bodywork but exercises to address what was contributing to my pain. I’ve since referred at least half a dozen clients her way. I definitely recommend putting Healing Essence Massage on your personal wellness team! Also: her arnica cream is a dream.
WOWWW!!! Just finished a massage with Erica, and I feel totally amazing all over. I usually don't do well with massages and sometimes feel even more sore, but the full body massage I just had with Erica was truly awesome. She knows all the spots to reach and her techniques are really top quality. So stoked I found her.
