I have been seeing Dr. Jonathan Glass for a couple of months for a complex situation involving chest pain, shortness of breath and long COVID brain fog/headaches. Jonathan takes the time to listen to my concerns and offers holistic Ayurvedic based solutions. He helps me to understand how different foods and lifestyle choices affect my physical and emotional health. I have done the 8 day cleanse with his coaching twice and formed healthier, long lasting habits.
Jonathan is a careful listener with a very solid understanding of the body. He really is present for what is going on for the individual and has many ways to approach healing. Plus he has a wonderful bedside manner. Jonathan is an excellent acupuncturist and healer.
