Was here last week for an appointment I had scheduled over a month ago. I had a gift certificate for a massage with CBD add on and a facial. I even decided to add on a eyebrow wax as my experience was going pretty well. Everything was fine until I went to check out...They THEN decided (NOT at the beginning of my services mind you) that they were going to up-charged me because apparently they changed their prices. I’ve been here only once before for a massage and I was very impressed but I came back today to use a gift card I received. I called right at open and made an appointment for 12:15. I got a shellac manicure and spa pedicure and was very happy with the results! I’ve never gotten shellac done, and was really nervous about just having my real nails painted (I always get acrylics) but Heidi did a great job! They look fantastic! I had a facial yesterday with Rhonda. She has such healing and positive energy and gives a killer shoulder massage while your mask is cooking! I will definitely be back to see her!
They provide great service to clients above and beyond however treat workers poorly. They claim value their employees however it is very poorly demonstrated. Then when one speaks up and asks for a schedule change it becomes a huge problem to the point where employees have to seek gainful employment elsewhere. But it doesn’t end there, upper management continues to belittle the former employee by calling the former employees new job. recently visited with my mom, both of us had massages. called on a Friday afternoon, was able to get both of us in the following Monday morning! this was my first visit to any spa, much less this one, and my first (desperately needed) professional massage.
