EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND OUTRAGED!!! My services with Jenny, Amanda, and Sydney were fine. I received a gift card shortly prior to Covid. I had a massage scheduled for the end of March 2020, which was canceled due to the pandemic. For personal reasons I was not able to make it in for a service until yesterday. I will not be back. My massage was wonderful but having $50 left on a gift card and having it completely deprecated because it expired is really disappointing and this policy is sure to turn away future customers. I’m off to find another local spa who treats their customers better 🤷🏼♀️

Had a great experience today! Started with a facial with Michelle who was very helpful with my acne prone skin, a deep massage with Julia who was beyond amazing. Finished with a pedicure with Victoria who was awesome to talk to. Defiantly needed this day, thank you Healing Elements!
I purchase a $100 gift card and went to use it and the balance was $0. They will not give me a new gift card even though I have proof. I will not be back here.
I have had a few amazing massages at healing elements- I'm glad that i found them! today i had cupping done for the first time and it was awesome. i highly recommend HE!!😊

Everything was great. Front entry was very inviting, the "lounge" was very calming, locker room very clean, robes, staff, massage, everything was great. No negatives what so ever.
