Excellent massage and care!
I had a facial with Kristin on 3.2.25. Kristin was knowledgeable and professional, and the facial was fantastic. Booking was a breeze, and I am already looking forward to getting another soon!
I don't often get massages and was a bit hesitant but I had lower back and hip tightness that was leading to sciatica issues. I was able to get a 30 minute massage the day I called with Sandy. She was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and even spent extra time to educate me about the muscles affecting my pain and what I can do on my own to relieve the tightness. Most importantly, it really helped, I am feeling better today. Thank you!
I've been to Gretchen three times and will continue coming back. I receive deep tissue/fascia work due to fascia adhesion and other issues created by my job. Even with the intensity of the work, it's the most effective yet relaxing massage experience I've ever had! She is clearly a master of her craft.
I came to Gretchen with painful tension and some reservations and wow did those things melt away immediately under her care. Her cultivated and intentional skill, deep listening and extremely gifted touch is a true gift to receive- our mountain community is so lucky to have her!
