Found Kaaren on the Natural Therapy Pages site and booked a Reiki session to ease a very tight and painful lower back. She was friendly and prompt in communicating prior to the appointment. I can't recommend Kaaren highly enough. Her Shiatsu and remedial massage always help to relieve pain and tension in the body and mind leaving me feeling restored every time. Kaarens warmth and patience make her incredibly easy to talk to. Thanks Kaaren

My experience with Kaaren was phenomenal. Kaaren is very warm, gentle and highly intuitive. I booked in for the Bliss treatment and it exceeded all of my expectations. I came to see her with some back pain and feeling burnt out, and left feeling in a state of utter bliss which has lasted over a week and still counting. Highly recommend!
