Ellen has helped me on numerous occasions when others could not. She has helped to right a curvature in my back, bring more range of motion to my damaged shoulders, reduce food sensitivities, and more. Ellen knows what your body needs even when you don’t. She rejuvenates, removes stress, makes you stronger and works with your body from head to toe to find peace and take away pain. Ellen has proven to me that just because a physical injury has healed the trauma of that injury must be addressed in order to feel 100%.
