This was my first time doing this after doing a lot of research and watching videos of it being performed on other people. This experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend adding the sound bath! I will definitely be back! The next day I felt lighter.
The session with Cecilia was amazing. I was able to release some childhood trauma that I had been carrying for a long time. Powerful stuff. I highly recommend.
I recently attended a retreat at Zenwood with Cecilia, not the silent retreat. The whole experience was great from start to finish. She is very welcoming and easy to talk to and be around. I felt safe and well taken care of. I would go to every retreat if possible. The lunch and dessert were a delight! I would 100% recommend going to this retreat! You won't regret it. Thank you Cecilia and spirit wolf for creating such a wonderful environment.
