I visited for the first time today. My masseur Hua was very attentive. She checked to make sure the areas I needed the massage the most, and work very hard on my whole body with a good focus on where I needed it. My shoulder pain significantly reduced after a 45mins session. Thank you! Will definitely visit again:)
Hi just an FYI this business won’t offer massage service due to not wanting to work on skin with psoriasis. Absolutely their prerogative and they weren’t rude per se, but just a heads up. I asked for a neck shoulder and arms massage over clothes and I have psoriasis on my arms. While reaching for a towel, the massage therapist spoke to the front reception. Healing Arts is usually great, which is why this was disappointing. I had a confirmed 9.00 am appointment, arrived on time, and the shop was closed. I called and left a message. Please ensure public holiday hours are accurate online and that booked customers are notified. I am happy to rebook, but I would like this acknowledged.
Foot and neck massage today was excellent. Will be back.
