Healing Arts is usually great, which is why this was disappointing. I had a confirmed 9.00 am appointment, arrived on time, and the shop was closed. I called and left a message. Please ensure public holiday hours are accurate online and that booked customers are notified. I am happy to rebook, but I would like this acknowledged.
