If you are a provider, DO NOT work here. If you are a Medical Assistant, DO NOT work here. Do your career a favor and look elsewhere unless you like being subjected to micromanagement, lack of advancement, failed promises and policies that only drive their profits. No wonder there is such high turnover rate. Would give 0 stars but only so I can comment on my experience.

Applied for a position and had a phone interview with Joanne. She told me I will be contacted soon to meet with the team and see if it would be a good fit. No contact 1 week out. Tried calling and goes straight to voicemail and no response from either voicemail or email. I left numerous other inquiries over a month or so with not one single attempt of contact. Extremely unprofessional business.

My employer chose Healics as the Health Assessment (HRA) company and wow was that a mistake. Nothing but problems, delays and inacuracies and the website is absolutely terrible and not user friendly too, needs a complete overhaul. Extremely disappointed with poor service every time I call for help too!

Would not recommend this facility for reliable figures. Both my spouse and I received overall cholesterol readings that were off the charts. At subsequent lab orders taken at quite reputable clinics, both of our readings were far lower than what Healics had stated: hers about 60 pts. lower, mine over 70 pts lower (both of us within 5 points of where we had been for the past consecutive 5 years). Such simultaneous events cannot be happenstance!
