Had a lovely first appointment. Showed up for my second for them to tell me it was cancelled in their system and a shrug,that I must have cancelled it. I showed them my booking email and that there were no cancellation emails and another shrug. Pretty unprofessional, and a big inconvenience as I built my Saturday around making this appointment.
Been going here fir a few years, great staff competive pricing. Love the location, atmosphere, and direct payment. . Definitely recommend this RMT spot. Thanks Rmt Anne Woods and staff!
They offer direct billing, which is great. The only thing they need is a hot steam towel service. However, some massage beds are not well balanced, which made it uncomfortable to lie down during the session. Also, there was no electric bed lheater, so the bed felt very cold—something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to cold
