Used to love coming here. Unfortunately my last remedial massage here the female therapist was working on me one handed with her phone in the other. Utter waste of money. I went to try again since other therapists have been great - approached the door only to see a therapist giving a one handed massage to a client while on the phone in the head and neck massage seats. paid for a remedial massage to help with my chronic pain. the younger girl working here squeezed the same spots on my arms & neck with one hand while she was using her phone with the other. genuinely surprised that she thought i wouldn’t realise. before that she was slowly pressing her elbow up & down my back to kill as much time as she possibly could. i ended up terminating the massage early after catching her on the phone mid-massage. i had seen alex a couple weeks beforehand & he was great, so this was a very disappointin... read more
