Asked to have a neck shoulder and back massage and asked if I can claim it on my insurance. The lady said yes so I agreed. After the massage I went to pay and they told me sorry the lady didnt speak English and it will be $80 and I can't claim on my insurance. Got ripped off. Wouldn't have had a massage if I couldn't claim it and would have gone elsewhere to begin with. I was very specific about being able to claim insurance. I didn't know she didn't understand me as she said yes come in.
