I have only good experience with them. No issues with calls, doctors and receptionist always kind if I call them, we are two adults and two children, so I had to contacted them a few times and always got excellent service.
Since "merging" with another practice you cannot get through on the phone or get an appointment. Why a small local doctors would literally take on a whole towns worth of patients is beyond me. Been with them years, I am currently trying to find another doctors meaning I will have to travel instead of being 2 minutes away... Very disappointed.....
Absolutely shocking surgery receptionists spend more time chatting and drinking tea than answering phones, I've literally jus pictured one that whilst chatting with staff was on a shopping site and forwarding calls!!! Appointment at 11.10 still sat waiting at 11.40 understaffed is not an excuse for poor management!!!
Terrible doctors, rude staff and incompetent doctors, should be shut down!!!!
