Heal U is such a great place! I’ve done a float, had a massage, have done the sauna and the red light therapy services there. I loved them all! This was my first time doing a float…it was magical and so unbelievably relaxing.
I had an amazing experience!!! Lita is so sweet and informative at the front desk. Raelynn did an awesome job on my massage!! I requested a deep tissue and from experience many say deep tissue but that’s not what you get. Raelynn is experienced in deep tissue and did a fabulous job! She found areas I needed worked on I didn’t even know was holding stress. Very pleased and I will return! I also did the red light therapy which I have not done before.
