I've now been to Heal 4 times and can't thank the people here enough. I first came in to see Natalie with lower back problems, she quickly realized it was my hip muscles. After just one session I couldn't believe the mobility that came back. Since then, I've been back in 3 more times and have had muscles loosened that I didn't even realize we tight. My body feels younger again and it's thanks to Natalie and Brie at Heal. Can't thank you all enough!

I went to Nicole for a deep tissue massage. I thought I had received a deep tissure massage before, but clearly, I had not! This was an eye opening experience for sure. I knew I carried stress in my shoulders and neck. I did not know that I was carrying "stress" in every single muscle of my body! This was intense and it was beautiful. I look forward to future healing work with Nicole. The vibe of this whole place is amazing! I can't recommend this place (and Nicole) enough! :)
I’ve had a couple of Reiki and massage combos with Brie. She is amazing. Her experience is obvious and productive. Looking forward to more sessions.
