I work out 6 days a week lifting heavy weights. My muscles and joints are always sore and tight. I have been doing massage with Rawan once a week for 10 weeks. She is with no doubt one of the two best massage therapists i have ever met in my life. Her approach to massage is very anatomical/medical. She really knows the body’s anatomy. She can really find tender/pain spots in muscles and joints and work them out with skillful strong hands. Her studio is very clean and relaxing to. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I have had four deep tissue massages from Raquel. She does an excellent professional job of working the muscles and helping to heal me! She always seems to hone in on the exact spot that needs attention! Although her physical work is top-notch, perhaps her strongest quality is how well she listens to my specific issues, and then addresses them in the session. She has also provided useful advice that will help me avoid future painful episodes, such as how to walk and how to position myself for sleep!
