The knot in my shoulder was so terrible I could hardly move and was crying actual tears of pain. I luckily got into see Joe on a Friday/ same day appointment- and he managed to work majority of it out. I was so physically and emotionally relieved! Went back on the following Tuesday and he dealt with the remainder. Booked a third appointment for two weeks away and I’m so pleased to have found his expertise. I’ll add his organic mushrooms are delicious too.

Joe is amazing. Went in with sciatica issues. He not only relieved alot of the pain but he also took time to focus on the area with deep point targeted massage. Defentiley will be returning.
