The most professional person I have ever met or worked with!
I've probably seen 10 physical therapists in my 76 years; Jessica was, by far, the best. She s ambitious for you to make progress, but understanding of limitations. She listens and answers questions. Extremely knowledgeable. Pleasant. I happened upon this practice when I needed extra help following my total knee replacement, and the Bronson P.T. who'd done the basic pre- and post-op was booked out for weeks. My Dr. recommended PT for neck and back pain. I was reluctant to go. However, I am very glad that Headstrong was recommended to me. My neck and back are definitely feeling a lot better. We are working on other little aches and pains too. Anyway, don’t be an idiot like me and suffer, come here and get better.
Dr. Jess is not only the best physical therapist I have ever had, but also the best doctor I have ever had. When I started PT I could not take more than 3 steps even with my mobility aid, and now I am walking up to 3 miles a day.
