Jessica is amazing. She took the time to really give me a PT routine that worked, strengthened, and that I felt confident about. She does a really nice job creating a judgement free zone and pushing you to your best.

I cannot recommend Jessica at Headstrong Physical Therapy enough! My son needed physical therapy due to some knee injuries sustained from basketball and she was a dream. Extremely knowledgeable and positive. She went out of her way to explain everything to not only me but my son, to the point that he’s considering physical therapy as a profession. Jess is absolutely amazing! If your looking for someone to build a plan that makes sense for you and someone who really listens and cares then she's your girl! As an added bonus her space is great and always so clean! I highly recommend!
