I contacted Bell Memorial after my wife passed away. I dealt with Michelle H., who was very gracious and sympathetic at my call. Subsequent calls were dealt with in a friendly, professional and caring manner. Each call became less 'rigid' especially when we discovered we had the same birthdate. Picked out a style and color of headstone After 3 revisions it was finalized, just being placed at the grave this week. We have used Bell Memorials for our donor wall at Clovis North High School and they have been great to work with. They are reliable and do a good job installing the names that we add yearly.

Zack placed my mother's headstone today, and it is absolutely beautiful. I live out of state, so our communication was all done via email and phone, but everyone at Bell listened carefully at every stage, explained things clearly, and was sensitive to the importance of paying tribute to my mother. I'd started working with another company, but they never remembered what we'd talked about, and the design proofs were really primitive. When I saw Bell's proofs, I couldn't believe the difference.
