Zack placed my mother's headstone today, and it is absolutely beautiful. I live out of state, so our communication was all done via email and phone, but everyone at Bell listened carefully at every stage, explained things clearly, and was sensitive to the importance of paying tribute to my mother. From the moment we walked into Bell Memorial we were greeted with compassion and care. They had terrific suggestions and were easy to work with through the entire process. We were able to sit down with their designer right then and there and create exactly what we wanted. They are very professional and do exactly what is needed. Bells memorial is definitely a 5-star service company. The customer service is top notch and the precision workmanship is outstanding, over-all the communication with family was awesome. They treat you like family, and make sure you're taken care of at any time and cost. The details, time of production was on point. If my Father passed away 3 years ago or yesterday, it doesn’t matter to this business…. Here’s the reason for the 1 star review: After more than 18 months of waiting for the stone on a 3 month contract the receptionist started being very rude and stopped communicating. The owners son finally called a year later and was not only rude but disrespectful. After speaking with him asked for a refund and the Dad (the real owner) called and said the stone was coming from India. Which was never mentioned as we signed a 3 month cont... read more
Bell Memorials is second to none! I love that they are a family owned local business. Besides that, they are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and well informed of local cemetery guidelines. Sadly, I’ve done business with another local company that I feel like took advantage of our family in a time of need. I have used Bell Memorials for two headstones that have turned out flawlessly. The process is easy and they keep you well informed of the progress. I can’t recommend them enough!
