Took my daughter for her first official haircut today (8years old). Everything from booking the appointment to sitting through and listening to exactly what my daughter wanted. Ella trimmed her hair to where we wanted it, but my daughter wanted it shorter so she proceeded happily to practically do a whole new hair cut. The prices were extremely good. Highly recommend to anyone.
Not a great experience went in for a full head of foils, showed the hairdresser the colour I wanted and I’ve ended up with dark lowlights whereas I wanted blonde highlights. The cut was minimal and I was charged over the top price and completely unhappy. Now I have to go to another hairdresser to get what I asked for. I’ve given 2 stars as hairdresser was friendly, place was clean and easy to find.
Such a wonderful experience. Ella was absolutely amazing. I was very nervous as a box dye person for many years The initial consultation (free) put my mind at ease. Ella was so patient and accommodating. She didn’t rush and really looked after me. I felt very pampered. She also gave the best hair massage. Thankyou so much to the team. You were all brilliant and I’ll see you in a couple of weeks - 5 stars
