This is for the vinton branch specifically. Waiting in the drive thru window for over 10 minutes is crazy and unfortunate. There were two people in the there never even acknowledged me waiting. There is no reason you can’t stop for one second to acknowledge a customer and let them know you will be with them shortly. Rude.
Totally impossible to talk to these people unless you actually show up in person. Absolutely a horrible way to treat your clients.
